Course Description:
Prepare yourself for a career in sound recording, music production and other related careers in the entertainment industry. Audio Engineering provides students the opportunity to explore and develop technical, creative and aesthetic skills used in the recording industry. Students also receive hands-on training using modern professional recording studio equipment.

Ron Jolly“In Audio Engineering you learn how to setup, record and tear down recording sessions. Using state of the art equipment and software, we can record up to 24 channels at one time. We record students and artists from the community who perform in all different styles. Students also work on their own music with a system of MIDI workstations. We learn about sound and the equipment used to capture it.”
